SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Courier Partners
All domestic parcels within Malaysia are shipped using trusted courier services.Our primary delivery partner for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak is J&T Express.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your parcel will be packed and processed within 1–3 working days.
A tracking number will be issued via email within 1–2 working days after your parcel has been dispatched.
3. Tracking Your Order
After receiving your tracking code, you may track the status of your delivery at any time by entering the code on the courier’s website.
4. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship to all states within Malaysia.
Shipping rates:
- Peninsular Malaysia: from RM15.00
- Sabah & Sarawak: from RM20.00
Final shipping fees are auto-calculated during checkout based on parcel weight.
Estimated delivery time:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak: up to 7 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
5. International Shipping
International parcels are shipped via DHL Express.Shipping fees follow DHL’s zone-based rates and will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
