RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For Seni Sutera Indah Online Purchases

1. Return & Exchange Overview

We accept returns and exchanges in situations where the item received is incorrect, defective, damaged, or requires a size replacement. To initiate any request, kindly contact our WhatsApp Admin at +601131084086.

To remain eligible, items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and complete with all tags. Any piece with removed shoulder pads will not qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Window & Applicable Items

Only regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. All requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your parcel and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Sale or promotional items are non-exchangeable
• Each transaction is limited to one exchange only

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference changes such as:

“changed my mind”, “don’t like the colour/material/design”, or “prefer a different product”.

3. Shipping Requirements & Handling

For size exchanges, the customer bears all postage costs. Once your parcel is shipped, the tracking number must be shared with our admin.

Important notes:

  • If no tracking number is provided within three (3) days, the reserved exchange item will be released back into our inventory
  • If the item is defective, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, all postage fees will be covered by us
  • We cannot accept DFOD (delivery-fee-on-delivery) or unpaid parcels
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The item purchased becomes out of stock
  • An incorrect item was delivered

Refunds will be processed within five (5) working days, which includes:

  • 1–3 days for internal verification
  • 2–3 days for bank processing

Refund requests outside these situations cannot be accommodated.

6. Amendments to Policy

Seni Sutera Indah reserves the right to update, modify, or refine this policy without prior notice as part of our commitment to clarity and fairness.
